Enroll for Electronic Delivery of Your W-2/1095 C

If you are new to DPS or haven't enrolled in previous years, this is your reminder to enroll in electronic delivery of W-2 and 1095-C forms.

Why sign up for electronic delivery?

  • Electronic delivery gives you access to your 1095-C and W2 about two weeks earlier than receiving your W2 by mail.

  • It is easy, secure and eliminates the chance of your 1095-C or W2 being lost, misdirected or delayed during delivery.

  • You will not receive a paper copy in the mail but you will be able to view and print your 1095-C or W2 from any computer.

  • You will receive an email confirmation to your dpsk12.net email as soon as your 1095-C or W2 is available.

Follow the steps below to enroll by Jan. 10 at 5 p.m.

1. Go to Employee Space.

2. Login with your DPS username and password.

3. Click on the icon that says “Access Electronic W2 & 1095c” and enter your login credentials once more. You will need to be on the DPS network.

4. Under “My Delivery Settings,” click on 1095-C and W2 and follow the steps to authorize. You will see a green check mark once you authorize.

5. When these documents are made available at the end of January, turn “off” your pop-up blocker and click “My 1095-C” or “My W2s” under “View My Documents.”

Meet Accessibility Standards by June 30, 2025

Under state law HB21-1110, DPS must ensure all digital content/documents meet accessibility standards by June 30, 2025. It is up to every employee to ensure your content/documents are accessible. By incorporating accessibility into your daily workflow, you help create a more inclusive environment, expanding access to digital resources for students, families and staff. So, how can you get started on making your digital content/documents accessible? Stay tuned for upcoming guides or review the mandatory Accessibility training, and visit the DPS Accessibility Information webpage for more information on DPS’ accessibility efforts.
