HR Functions Live on Oracle
Dear Team DPS,
The transition from Infor HR to Oracle is mostly complete and you can now access Employee Space and Manager Space. Going forward, Oracle will be the central hub for everything related to HR, Finance and Payroll. Everything is on one easy-to-navigate platform for a faster, simpler and more streamlined experience! Beginning today you can handle HR tasks such as updating personal details and managing your team. Benefits and payroll-related tasks will not be available until Dec. 30.
With any change, we want to prepare you with the best resources to support your learning and ease your transition into our new system.
The Lamp of Knowledge: Your Virtual Guide within Employee Space is an innovative training feature, in which a searchable menu on the screen will provide guidance and training to support users with completing processes in the new system. The Lamp of Knowledge can serve as a central hub for all of your training needs.
Documentation and Quick-Start Guides: Find easy to follow step-by-step instructions for common tasks like posting a job requisition, managing pay for your teams and updating employee information. Access documentation and quick-start guides, plus check out the How to Use Oracle - An Intro guide.
