πŸ’ͺ Healthy Kids Colorado Survey Nov. 5

We will be conducting the Healthy Kids Colorado Survey (HKCS) on Nov. 5 for students in grades 9-12. Questions will take one class period to complete. Responses to the survey are anonymous and serve to inform the state on programs and policies that help youth thrive.

Students are not required to take the survey. To opt your student out, please contact our survey coordinator, Jessica Rapp at Jessica_Rapp@dpsk12.net or 720-424-2516.
