HEADER

Happy Friday!

We had another eventful week here at East!

Congratulations to our DECA team for competing this past week in district competitions. We had 45 students qualify for state! Another shoutout to our Angelaires for their amazing performance at Dazzle earlier this week. This week, we came together to honor the transgender community during Trans Day of Remembrance on Thursday, November 20th. The East Queer Student Alliance held a vigil on the “E,” offering our community a space to reflect, support one another, and remember those whose lives were taken by transphobic violence. Thank you to everyone who came out to support our QSA students!

Hope everyone has a safe holiday and restful break. We will see you in December!

Go Angels!

- Principal Terita Walker
