   •  Garen Behling was observed by his Arapahoe Community College advisor last week. Here is the feedback he received: "Overall, this was an exemplary concurrent-enrollment history lesson in which visual design, coulrse structure, and historical inquiry worked together exceptionally well. Mr. Behling's pedagogy was exceptionally well scaffolded and multimodal. Direct instruction and student work were balanced expertly; the pacing was deliberate, responsive, and never slack." Keep up the good work, Mr. Behling!

   •  Last week some neighbors walked by and were very impressed by the Spartan garden! Mr. Christoff told them a little bit about the work that Liz Lynch and Mark Roncato do with the kids and they thought it was amazing!

   • Nashville and other cities across the United States celebrate "Dolly Day" (or Dolly Parton Day) on September 25 to honor the life, music, and charitable legacy of the late country music legend Dolly Parton. Special thanks to Liz Lynch and Emily Lupo for the mobile drink and snack cart!
