We have our in-state college fair on September 24th from 1:00PM - 2:00 PM in the East Parking Lot and our out of state college fair on Thursday, October 1st from 5:30PM - 7:00PM in the main gym. Join us for our annual Denver South trip to the Colorado Symphony! The Symphony will perform Beethoven’s legendary 9th Symphony and Yanga by Mexican composer Gabriela Ortiz, which tells the true story of an African prince who was enslaved in Mexico and led his people to freedom in the 1600s. Giving Grocery The Denver South Giving Grocery provides FREE, fresh, and healthy groceries, including meat, eggs, milk, produce, and bread, to South students. There is no need to sign up in advance. All students may just come to Room 141A every Thursday after school.
Students who come prior to the final bell will be sent back to class. The only exceptions are: Students who can show that they have 5th, 6th, or 7th period off and a place to store their groceries
Students leaving early for sports and activities who can show their excused absence in the portal
Students accompanied by a teacher or staff member
