Cybersecurity is a year-round priority as cybercriminals work nonstop. To keep work applications safe, DPS uses Cisco Duo multi-factor authentication (MFA) for most DPS applications. In addition to using Duo, follow these steps to keep your devices protected:
Always keep your device's operating systems and patches up to date. Contact your device manufacturer and operating system provider for assistance.
Use unique and strong passwords and use a password manager.
Turn MFA on for all your accounts.
Always log off your applications and lock your computer when you are away. Turn your computer off when not in use.
Set a unique and secure password for your home WiFi router.
