Reaching Our Participation Goal for the 'Your Voice/Tu Voz' Family Survey

Dear Educators,

The Your Voice/Tu Voz Family Survey closes on Friday, Nov. 1. Our goal this year is to get 35% of families to share their voice through the survey. Currently, we have only heard from 10% of our families. Please continue to encourage families to complete the survey by using this family survey toolkit. The toolkit includes a template letter, social media posts, a flyer with a QR code, as well as a survey FAQ and more. All materials have been translated into the eight most common languages.

The feedback we receive through this survey is critical to understanding how we can better serve students and their families. We know that this is a very busy time of year when you have many priorities to juggle simultaneously. We recognize your efforts and thank you for continuing to prioritize the survey so we can hear from as many families as possible.

Respectfully,

Dr. Tony Smith
Deputy Superintendent

Provide Feedback on 2025-26 and 2026-27 Calendars

As a member of Team DPS, your input is vital in shaping our district's future. We are currently developing the school calendars for 2025-26 and 2026-27, and we need your feedback on key calendar variables.

All DPS employees will receive a direct email survey link this week. Please take a few minutes to complete the survey by Nov. 1. Your insights will help us understand what worked well and what can be improved in our school calendar.  A shareable survey link for families will be available in early November.
