We will need volunteers to help us make snacks. More details will be coming!

Complete the BESS

The social-emotional and behavioral screener, also known as the BESS, is now open for parents/guardians to complete. The fall screening window is open through October 31st, but please complete this screener as soon as possible! BESS participation has an impact on the resources that will be available to Swansea in the future. Parents that complete the BESS will be entered in a raffle for a chance to win Swansea gear! Please visit tinyurl.com/bessparent to complete your student’s screening today.

Coming Soon: Possip Surveys for Families

Swansea is launching a new initiative with the help of Possip, a tool designed to gather quick feedback and better understand your experiences, ideas, and concerns.

Here’s How It Works:

  • Every month, Swansea guardians will receive a brief survey via text and email. You can respond directly to the text or email. (There is no need to download any new apps or make an account for Possip.)

  • Share your thoughts on what’s going well, any challenges you’re facing and suggestions for improvement.

  • Your feedback is confidential, and you can choose to remain anonymous.

We want all families to participate, so we can get a complete picture of how we’re doing and where we can grow. Your input will be invaluable as we continue to improve.

The first Pulse Check will be sent on September 23. It only takes a minute or two, but your contribution makes a big difference! Thank you in advance for participating.
