Additional characteristics that surfaced strongly were Visionary & Inclusive Community Leadership, Instructional & Student-Centered Excellence (including leading academic rigor), and being a Supportive and Trusting Staff Advocate.

The CSC and district leaders will interview candidates the week of December 1st with these qualities at the forefront.
