Steck Weekly Update

March 6, 2026

Happy Snowy Friday Steck Families:

It was another good week at Steck as we move into March.  Our students are busy preparing for the Steck Talent Show, and 3rd-5th graders are getting ready for CMAS testing in April.  We continue to teach and reiterate the importance of the Steck Star traits, with a particular focus on being supportive and being trustworthy.  I have already noticed a difference at lunch and recess with how students are speaking to one another and being supportive of each other. Let's keep up the good work!

Hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable weekend.  Please remember to reset your clocks with Daylight savings time change this weekend.  We will see you at 7:30am Monday!

The Stargazer Gazette

The Stargazer Gazette journalists have wrapped up their first official publication of the school year! Students brainstormed article and presentation topics, researched, and developed articles with strong voices. We even learned how to use online tools like Adobe Podcast to record our voices to make our articles accessible. To see a digital version, you can visit our Stargazer Gazette website to see online exclusive content. In March, we'll feature new topics and reviews, so stay tuned for next month's publication!
