Corporate Sponsorship provides many benefits, including your company name on a banner on Dartmouth, advertising at major Slavens events and tickets to the Slavens Auction. Attached you will find the Sponsorship levels. Sponsorship support allows for Slavens Students to enjoy art, music, daily physical education and additional support from our paraprofessionals.
The PTA Treasurer is happy to provide a W-9 or invoice and your enrollment is tax-deductible. If this is something you would like, please reach out to SlavensPTAtreasurer@gmail.com.
Corporate Sponsorship is a significant source of fundraising for the school. With your help, we raised over $44,000 last year. We are hoping to make the 25-26 school year even better!
Please submit your enrollment by August 31st, 2025 to receive all benefits for this school year.
Please email slavenscorporatesponsorship@gmail.com with any questions.
DPS is always working to improve and simplify communication between DPS and our families. To kick off the 2025–26 school year, Slavens will no longer be using ReachWell as all of DPS will be introducing two new ways to stay connected: the DPS App and Rooms, our new two-way communication platform.
The DPS App will bring you:
Live feed updates from your school and the district
District and school news in one place
Upcoming events and important dates
Push notifications for urgent announcements
With Rooms, you can:
Send and receive messages with teachers, staff, and coaches
Get classroom announcements and reminders about coursework and materials
See automatic translations into your preferred language
Families can access Rooms:
On your PHONE using the DPS App (see below)
On your COMPUTER using the following link: click here
How to get started
Download the DPS App from the [Google Play Store] or [Apple App Store] or search for “Denver Public Schools using your phones App feature.
Log in using your DPS Parent Portal credentials.
Access Rooms directly within the app to start messaging teachers and receiving updates.
Slavens will share more details — and give families a chance to see the new system in action — at our Popsicle Social and Back to School Nights. In the meantime, you can (click here) to access helpful information for parents and guardians. DPS will be sending their own communication about the DPS app and Rooms on Friday, August 15th.
We’re excited to launch these tools to help you stay informed and engaged in your child’s education. Thank you for your patience as we learn and grow together with this new platform. Welcome to the new school year — here’s to staying connected!
💻Annual Verification / Online Registration
All families must complete Annual Verification/Register Online. If you have already completed this, THANK YOU! If you have not completed this, please do this asap! This helps us keep your student's contact information current in case of sickness, injury or emergency.
How to Complete
To register online, sign in to the Parent Portal, click on “See All Apps”, then click on “Online Registration” to verify or update your student’s information. Now you will be logged into Infinite Campus; use their menu and select ‘More’ from the dropdown menu and click on ‘Online registration’. Online registration can only be completed by the parent/guardian listed in the primary household of the student record.

Use designated drop-off and pick-up areas
Thank you for doing your part to respect our neighbors and keep everyone safe!
