Park Hill School 5050 E 19th Ave., Denver CO 80220

Happy Friday!

This month we have been discussing and celebrating Black History Month.  I hope your students have shared some of the topics with you that they have been talking about in class.  Next week will be our Black Children’s Book Week.  We still have a few spots open if you’d like to sign up to be a mystery reader.  For some of the parents with older students - no matter what your student says they’d love to have you come into their class and be a reader!!

With the first round of School Choice behind us we are starting to look at next year’s enrollment projections.  These projections will help guide any hiring we do this spring or summer, including potentially hiring additional staff for next year's Kindergarten, First and Third grades.  If you know you will not be at Park Hill next year, we ask that you contact me, the office, or fill out this form as soon as possible.  Our admin team will keep this confidential. I hope to share more decisions shortly as we get a firmer grasp on projections.

Stay warm out there!

-Ken Burdette, Principal

No YMCA before or after school on Monday, February 24
