PTO

PTO will be meeting twice a day (AM & PM), bi-weekly on Thursdays. The next meeting is on October 28th. View the full October PTO Calendar here: https://oakland.dpsk12.org/page/parent-teacher-organization for more information.

Literacy LaunchπŸš€

We are continuing to celebrate students for growing as readers with October's Fall into Reading tracker. Encourage your student to read independently and as a family this month. For every 30 minutes of reading students do at home, they can color in one pumpkin in their pumpkin patch. Students can bring their trackers to Fall Fest on October 30th for tickets to the prize room! Students may still complete weekly activities on their bingo cards and share their progress with their teachers to be recognized at our October Village Meeting.

Thank you for your continued support in helping our students grow as readers!
