Quick Decision Tips for Parents - Ask Yourself:
1. Does my child have a fever? → If yes, stay home
2. Are they acting like their normal self? → If no, consider staying home
3. Can they participate in regular activities? → If no, stay home
4. Could they spread something to other kids? → If yes, stay home
Remember: When in doubt, contact nurse Lupe. She is there to help you make the best decision for everyone's health.

Please note: Instant noodles that require microwaving are not allowed, as we only have one microwave available.
Opt-in GT Testing
The Gifted and Talented department has updated the grade levels for universal GT screening. Previously, screening was conducted in Kindergarten, 2nd, and 6th grades. This year, it will only be offered in 1st and 5th grades. As a result, current Kindergarten and 2nd-grade students will not have automatic screening and should be encouraged to apply through the opt-in process.
Saturday School
If you are interested in your student attending Saturday School this year, please fill out the form linked here:
When: Saturdays starting September 27th.

Uniforms
At this time, our uniform budget for the 2025–2026 school year has been fully used. While we are able to place another order, we must do so carefully to ensure that we only purchase uniforms that have been specifically ordered and paid for by families. Unfortunately, our school budget does not allow us to cover the cost of additional uniforms beyond what has been requested and funded.
To help us make sure every order is accurate, we are asking families to please complete this Google Form by Friday September 12th, 2025. We will then place the order and will notify you once the delivery date is confirmed.
We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. By working together, we can ensure that all students have the uniforms they need without creating financial strain on our school’s budget. Thank you for helping us keep our resources focused on providing the very best education for our students.
