I hope you all had a restful break! We're so glad to have you back at NEC for the final stretch of the 2025-26 school year.
Next week, we are going to be on a stripe schedule for testing. Please read the testing schedule carefully - details are below. As always, be sure to arrive on time for testing and do your best to get a good night's sleep the night before. You've got this!

Tuesday, April 14 @ 8 a.m.-12 p.m.: SAT for 10th and 11th grade; no school for 9th and most 12th graders (more info below)

Wednesday, April 15 @ 8 a.m.-12 p.m.: PSAT for 9th grade; CMAS for 11th grade; no school for 10th and 12th grades

Tuesday, April 14:
- 8 a.m.-12 p.m.: SAT for 10th and 11th grade
- NO SCHOOL for 9th and 12th grades*
- *Select 12th graders and their families were notified by email, letter and text if they are required to come in to complete graduation requirements.

- 8 a.m.-12 p.m.: SAT for 9th grade
- 8 a.m.-12 p.m.: CMAS for 11th grade

🎓 Save the Date! Graduation is Friday, May 22 at 12 p.m.

Families, friends and supporters of our graduates are invited to attend the Northeast Early College Class of 206 Commencement Ceremony. It will be Friday, May 22 at 12 p.m. at 1350 Curtis St., Denver CO 80202. Graduates should arrive at 10 a.m., and doors open to families at 11:30 a.m. Please allow time to find parking. We have unlimited seating! |
🔆 Healthy Choices, Bright Futures: Free Family Workshop on April 28

The DPS Family and Community Engagement (FACE) team is hosting a free workshop for DPS families focused on preventing substance use and learning how to talk with kids about fentanyl safety.
The workshop will take place on April 28 at McAuliffe International School. Learn more and confirm your attendance.
