On Nov. 16, the Colorado Association of Latino Administrators and Superintendents (CO-ALAS) will host the Latina Leadership Conference “Latinas Rising.” This event is a professional development opportunity for those aspiring to be leaders across all roles in the school district, specifically roles that support our students and families (e.g., student support liaisons, specialists, supervisors, teachers, office managers, deans, etc.)  

Nominate a Latina for a scholarship to attend on behalf of the Office of Schools and Office of Talent leadership teams. Individuals must agree to attend the full conference and all its sessions and provide feedback on how the conference supported their professional goals. Space is limited. If there are more nominations than available scholarships, priority will be given to first-time participants.

Nominate an aspiring Latina by Wednesday, Oct. 2. Winners will be announced shortly after!
