A new professional learning fellowship is launching in 2025. This opportunity is designed to support leaders in learning about and applying the methodology and tools of Improvement Science. Organized into nine sessions (August-December), the fellowship provides a unique opportunity to bring forth a challenge you and your team may be grappling with. You will learn the core tenets of improvement, practice implementing tools and strategies, and reflect on your learning with others.
Central office leaders interested can complete the Fellowship Interest Form to receive updates and invitations to upcoming information sessions to learn more about this exciting opportunity.
Join the Growth and Performance team and central office leaders for an immersive, hands-on learning experience as we dive deep into the FYI (For Your Improvement) Guide. You'll gain practical insights into using the guide effectively, and leave with a tailored development plan to enhance both your leadership and your team’s performance.

Unspoken words can affect the healthiest organizations, teams or relationships. Failing to communicate feelings, concerns or issues effectively can lead to negative emotions such as bitterness or resentment. To address challenges, engaging in "crucial conversations" can be an effective communication practice to discuss important issues and concerns openly.
