Chorus Caroling!

Join the Knapp Chorus out in the school yard this Friday morning, December 19th, for some holiday cheer. The chorus students will lead some holiday songs before school starts. We will begin singing around 7:25 for anyone that would like to join us.

In Kindergarten students are practicing playing instruments while following a conductor.

1st grade is practicing song form with music from popular ballets.

2nd grade students started practicing singing in multiple parts by singing in rounds.

3rd grade students are continuing to learn to read music notation by playing the first 2 notes on the recorder.

4th grade started learning to accompany themselves by learning to play the ukulele.

5th grade is using their note naming skills to read music notation for some mystery songs.

Musical Auditions

Students in grades 3-5 are invited to audition for the Drama Club’s musical. This year we will performing Tweet! More information to come in January.

Winter Concert!

Students in grades 2 and 4 and the Knapp Chorus will present our Winter Concert. Join us for an afternoon of beautiful music!
