We are unable to accommodate early pick up during our dismissal window. If you need to pick up your student(s) early for an appointment, please come by the office before 2:20 pm to sign them out. 

We have recently welcomed new families to the Knapp community. This message serves as a reminder for our existing families and guidance for those who are new. To ensure the safety of all students and families, we ask that every member of our community carefully follow our Traffic and Parking Guidelines.

Avoid parking in the Staff Parking Lot during arrival and dismissal. We have many students/families walking through and their safety is our #1 priority.

Be courteous and mindful when parking in front of our neighbors houses. Avoid driveways-do not block.

No parking in designated crosswalk or handicap spaces.

Follow the flow of traffic. No U-turns.

Do Not Pass. If you block oncoming traffic, you might cause a jam or an accident.

Use the Kiss and Go lanes for morning drop-off/arrival. Do Not allow students to cross the middle of the street.

Across the country, schools are emphasizing attendance because it directly impacts student progress. Missing just two days a month can put students at risk of falling behind in reading and math.

At Knapp, every day matters. Consistent attendance ensures students receive grade-level instruction, targeted support, and meaningful learning experiences. We appreciate your partnership in helping your child attend school every day and arrive on time.
