Happy National School Counseling Week! This week, we’re celebrating our incredible Kennedy counselors who go above and beyond to support our students every day. Whether they’re guiding students toward their goals, providing a listening ear or helping navigate challenges, their impact is immeasurable. The Be Happy Boutique is an opportunity to ensure every person has the chance to experience the joy of formal school dances and other formal occasions. This event happens only once a year! Formal wear is available for prom, homecoming, and any other formal occasion. The Be Happy Boutique will be open March 7-9 & March 14-16.

Everything is FREE or "pay what makes you happy". The boutique is stocked with long and short dresses, men's formal wear, shoes and accessories.

9th, 10th, and 11th grade students should have received free P/SAT materials via email. Please ask your Commander student to check their email for communication from Princeton Review. Every student should have access to practice exams and materials in preparation for the upcoming exam. This is entirely free for your student.

Wrestling: 5 of our 6 Wrestlers made All Conference last weekend at the DPS league championships!

• 2 first team

• 1 second team

• 2 honorable mention

We will be at Alameda High School this Friday and Saturday for our regional tournament. Wrestling starts at 4 p.m. on Friday and 9 a.m. on Saturday. Come out and support your JFK Wrestlers!

Boys Basketball: Varsity was victorious at home on senior night! Xavier Benavidez scored 23 points, and Marcelis Allen scored a season high 12 points for JV. The C-Team was also victorious, winning an overtime game on Jason Willis basket at the buzzer.

Rivalry games against Lincoln will be played TONIGHT. JV plays at 4:30 p.m. and Varsity plays at 7:30 p.m.
