SchoolChoice: All 5th families must complete the SchoolChoice process to select their child's middle school for next year. All ECE 3 families must also complete the SchoolChoice process to enroll in ECE 4 next year. If you need help with the SchoolChoice application, please call Ms. Yvonne at 720-424-6070. SchoolChoice applications are due before Jan. 20 at 4 p.m.!

Discovery Link requirement to attend: If you want your child to attend Discovery Link, you must select the days your child will attend at least 24 hours in advance. If your child's registration is pending, please let Discovery Link staff know and they can make arrangements for your child to attend. If your child is not officially signed up, you must pick them up by 3:50 p.m. every day. Ms. Yvonne cannot watch students after dismissal.

Calling all cheerleaders: DPS high school Montbello is hosting a junior cheer camp for K-8th grade students on Jan. 27 and 29! Learn cheers, stunts and perform during halftime on Jan. 30. Learn more and sign up here (Google Form).

Possip feedback: Thank you for responding to our Possip surveys! We read every response and take your suggestions seriously. In December's survey, we saw that families are interested in Spanish classes for our students. We agree that a second language is an incredibly valuable skill and would love to provide that for our students. However, we are restricted by DPS requirements. We cannot simply hire a Spanish teacher - we would have to implement a full program change (i.e. offer dual language programming). If and when we consider a program change, we will keep this mind!
