Community Updates 4/16: Celebrate Hallett Educators!
|
Dear Hawks Community,
Happy Thursday! Thank you so much to everyone who joined us for our Art Gala last week and supported our student artists. Our students did an amazing job with their art pieces and Discovery Link did a wonderful job of organizing the gala!
We are almost done with week 2 of CMAS testing - great work, 3rd, 4th and 5th! We have just one more week to go of testing. Thank you so much, parents, for continuing to make sure that students get plenty of rest at home and arrive at school on time for their tests.
Warmly,
Ms. D, Principal

College Week might be over, but the purpose behind it is always true - it's never too early to start thinking about your child's future! The DPS Career and College Success Development Team helps students plan for their future career and education with hands-on experiences and work-based learning. Learn more about the opportunities they provide by checking out their flyer! |
⏰ Do You Like Our School Hours? Let Us Know!
|
We need your input! To help with long-term future planning, we want to know your initial opinions about the time school starts and ends at Hallett. Let us know what you think here (Google Form).
Thank you to everyone who gave us their input via Possip, our text survey platform! If you already filled out the Possip survey, no need to complete this one as well.

📆 Want To Speak With Your Child's Teacher? Schedule an Appointment |
We understand that sometimes you may need or want to speak to your student's teacher. Please know that teachers cannot accept "walk-in" appointments - during the school day, they are busy teaching in their classrooms. If you'd like to schedule a time to talk with your student's teacher, please call the main office at 720-424-6070. Thank you! |

The Extended Learning and Community Schools (ELCS) team honored our very own Ms. Kamille in their Highlight of the Month!
Ms. Kamille was celebrated for the way she "continuously provides a safe space for students to feel free to speak without judgement [which] makes it easier for students to share, learn, and grow with a sense of community and belonging."
We love you, Ms. Kamille!
