FamilyID is open for Winter Sports Registration!
Several items to note:
Winter Sports Information Night and Sport Specific Team Meetings will take place on November 12 at 6:30 pm in the North Cafeteria.
In order for students to be eligible for tryouts and official practice, the following must be completed:
A completed and submitted familyid registration form. This electronic form includes the parent/guardian consent, hold harmless agreements, and the pay to play per sport.
A current physical exam electronically submitted in Family ID. A family that is able to upload the current physical exam can be a very efficient process for both the school and family.
Sports Physical Form: Need a blank form for a physical exam? Click here The linked physical form is strongly recommended by the American Pediatric Association.

All students must have completed paperwork before tryouts and official practice.
Parents: Please review your processes and systems with your coaches and staff, and make sure that all students are approved for tryouts and practices with the appropriate paperwork.
