As we look toward the 2026-2027 academic year, ensuring a seamless transition for our rising 6th and 9th graders is critical to long-term student persistence and belonging. Families and incoming students are invited to attend Belonging Begins Here, a district-wide community event designed to anchor students in their new school communities before Day 1.

Opportunity for Students: Free Summer Program
My name is Tiffany, and I’m reaching out from Convivir Colorado. We are a nonprofit organization that works with youth impacted by migration, supporting them in building community, developing leadership skills, and finding power in their lived experiences.
This summer, we are hosting a free program for students in and near Denver's Westwood neighborhood. The program is open to rising 6th graders through recently graduated seniors that identify as an immigrant, refugee or first generation American, and will include community-building activities, leadership development, and engaging, creative experiences for youth.
