Summer EBT benefits
Step 1. Please go to Myschoolapps.
Step 2. Click on begin application.
Step 3. Agree to the terms of use and click continue.
Step 4. On the following screen, you will enter your full name to certify that all the information provided in the application is true and correct.
Step 5.The next screen will appear click continue if your student will be getting a school lunch in the cafeteria.
There is also the option to opt your student out of school lunch. This means you, as the parent, will be responsible for sending a packed lunch with your child each morning.
Step 6. If your family receives any of the services PLEASE add in that case number. If not click on "Household does not receives such benefits and add your address information.
Step 7. Enter your student’s information. If you don’t know your student’s number, you may call the main office at (720) 424-8300, or simply select 224COWELL for the school.
You can add more students if needed.
Step 8. Add any non-school age students.
Step 9. Add your information. Immigration status is not required and all information is confidential.
Step 10. On the next screen, enter your income information.
Step 11. Add any other household members—this includes all adults in the household.
Step 12. On the additional information screen, enter your email, phone number, and respond to any other questions.
LAST STEP. If there are any errors, you will be notified at this step. If no errors appear, scroll to the bottom, sign your name, and submit the application.
You should receive a confirmation email, and it may take up to 10 days to receive the approval letter.
Every Monday we receive a report of who has completed the application. Once your student’s name no longer appears on the report, we will remove you from the reminder list. Thank you.
This application is very important for all students to complete, as it supports Title I funding for Cowell. Title I is a federal program that provides schools with extra resources to help ensure all students have equal access to a high-quality education. This funding helps maintain staff positions, provides classroom supplies, supports school events, and much more. Please help us by submitting the application as soon as possible.
