3rd Grade Nutrition Program:

Our 3rd grade classes will be participating in an 8-week nutrition program from CSU. This program will explore healthy eating habits and adventures in trying new foods.

 

5th Grade Visits Lake Middle School:

Our 5th graders will be visiting neighboring Lake Middle School on January 7th for a tour and introduction to an option for their choice middle school.

 

ACCESS Testing:

K-5 Students who are Multi-language Learners (MLLs) will be participating in their yearly ACCESS testing to gain an understanding of their English acquisition and proficiency. 

Students will practice and prepare for the assessment the first week back from winter break and then the following week they will test with the following schedule:

The Rodolfo “Corky” Gonzales Library

Visit the library over winter break for fun with Reading Dragons! If you like escape rooms, solve the puzzles to open our break-in-bag to rescue a trapped dragon and earn a special edition card. Design your own Dragon card for our contest. The winning card will be made into a real card and added to our collection. Only at the Rodolfo "Corky" Gonzales Branch Library!
