You must have a Parent Portal account to register online. If you need to open a Parent Portal account so you can do online registration, as well as have access to other important information about your student throughout their years in DPS, go to myportal.dpsk12.org and click on 'Create an Account'.
You will need your student’s DPS ID# to start your account. You can call Cheltenham's office at 720-424-8810 to get your student’s ID# after July 28th. If you forgot your password click on the forgot password link.
If you have any other trouble logging in (you must log in at least once every six months to keep your account active), you can ask for help by emailing portalteam@dpsk12.org or calling the portal hotline at 720.423.3163. Only the caregivers in the primary household can do registration.
A reminder to join us today Friday, August 15th at the Cheltenham playground from 4pm to 5pm! Families will have an opportunity to meet their Superhero's teacher and classmates for this year, drop off any medications or supplies, and hear from and chat with Mrs. Bohanan, our new principal. We ask all families to contribute $20 per student for school supplies for the 2025-26 school year. This can be paid at in-person registration, Meet the Teacher, Back to School Night, with our front office staff, or sent with students the first week of school.
We’re looking for caregivers and community members to join our CSC — a team that helps guide important decisions and supports student achievement at Cheltenham. There are currently three caregiver openings and one community member opening for the 2024–25 school year. CSC members meet quarterly on the first Monday of the month from 5:00–6:00 PM and commit to a two-year term.
If you’re interested in joining or nominating someone, please submit the nomination form by August 21st.

We understand that some families choose to send students to school with a personal cellphone. To ensure learning remains the focus and to prevent loss or misuse, Cheltenham has a process in place:
Phones must be turned in to the teacher each morning and will be returned at dismissal.
Phones may not be used during school hours.
The school is not responsible for lost or stolen devices.

The Junior Viking Cheerleaders Camp is BACK!
Join the Denver North Viking Cheer Team September 16–18 for three days of fun during Homecoming Week! Open to all K–8th graders, boys and girls.
