The Commons Intranet Will Be Launched on a New Platform June 27
Dear Team DPS,
We are excited to announce that our DPS employee intranet, The Commons, will be migrated to Thrillshare by Apptegy! The new site will have all the same important information for all employees, including the Employee Space, work calendars, benefits and more. It will also have a similar structure and layout as the current website, but with an updated look and feel following website best practices.
The new version of The Commons will launch on June 27. Resources and guides for accessing and using the new website will be provided before the launch.
Why launch a new Commons?
To provide a true intranet experience. The Commons will be accessible through Single Sign-On (SSO) so only DPS employees can view its content.
To meet accessibility standards. The new website will meet WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards as required by law.
To align with the DPSK12.org website. The Commons will be hosted by Thrillshare by Apptegy, the same platform that hosts the external DPS website and, soon, all school websites.
